At HALCO, we’re always looking for ways to strengthen team spirit while giving back to causes that matter. Our latest in-office challenge, the Snowball Relay Race , did just that, bringing plenty of energy to our Hereford office, all in support of Action for Children, raising £240.

The format was simple: two teams, foam ‘snowballs’ balanced on spoons, and a relay course running the length of the office. Each participant had to complete their lap without dropping the snowball before passing it on to the next teammate. The first team to finish all their laps claimed the win (and and some chocolates!).

While the race itself was light-hearted, the reason behind it was not. Action for Children works tirelessly to combat child poverty and provide vital support to young people across the UK – a mission we’re proud to stand behind.
