Built for Strength: Heavy-Duty Self-Engaging Fasteners

For applications where strength and a clean, hidden finish are essential, our heavy-duty moulded hook self-engaging fastening system provides a reliable solution.

Designed for industrial environments, this system creates a secure bond without the need for a traditional loop counterpart, making it ideal for rigid surfaces and heavy-use scenarios. Within this project, these fasteners are well suited for use across vehicle panels, tactical gear and equipment housings, areas where strength and discretion are key.

Bespoke Solutions: BOND Adhesive Hook & Loop

No two projects are the same, which is why customisation is at the core of what we do. For this application, the client selected our BOND adhesive hook & loop in an Olive colour, combined with our custom converting service.

Supplied as cut pieces for a specialised project, this solution ensures quick and efficient application in production. The BOND range features an extreme acrylic adhesive, designed to perform in both high and low temperatures, resist UV exposure, and maintain strength in outdoor environments, making it ideal for military use where conditions are unpredictable.

Lightweight & Versatile: COMFORT Velour Loop

Where a softer, more flexible fastening is required, our COMFORT Velour Loop offers an effective alternative.

Constructed from 100% polyamide and back coated for added stability, this material is thinner and softer than traditional loop systems, making it suitable for applications where comfort and adaptability are important.

For this project, the client selected an Olive version of our 220gsm Velour Loop, though options are also available in 160gsm, with widths ranging from 10mm to 2000mm. Supplied in 50m rolls or cut to specification, this product allows for complete flexibility depending on the application.

Proven Performance: PRO Sew-On Loop

For textile-based camouflage systems, durability and flexibility are essential. Our PRO sew-on loop, supplied in a variety of military shades, delivers both.

Manufactured from 100% polyamide, this high-performance fastening solution offers excellent colour fastness (levels 4–5) and durability, with up to 10,000 open-and-close cycles. 

In this case, the product is used within camouflage textiles, where secure fastening must be maintained without compromising the integrity or appearance of the material.
