PVC Tarpaulin Fabric – 430gsm

A versatile, mid-weight PVC-coated polyester fabric built for dependable everyday protection. At 430gsm, it balances strength and flexibility, making it easy to cut, weld and fabricate while still standing up to demanding outdoor use.

The fabric is built on a 450 Dtex polyester base cloth and coated with PVC on both sides, so it is fully waterproof with a hydrostatic head of at least 10,000mm. Tensile strength is 1200 N/5cm in the warp and 1000 N/5cm in the weft, and tear strength is 150N warp and 120N weft, so it resists ripping and wear under load. It stays flexible down to -20°C without cracking and handles ambient temperatures up to 100°C, which means it performs reliably through hot summers and cold winters. It is also certified to NFPA 701, making it suitable for applications where fire safety matters.

Ideal for: truck and trailer covers, tarpaulins, machinery and equipment covers, temporary shelters, partition curtains, and general fabrication projects.
